Family Home - Harrogate

We are delighted with the transformation of this ground floor. The house is a new build which previously had carpet in the living room/hall and inferior LVT on the kitchen floor.

The homeowners said that “the large format Italian porcelain tiles throughout have made a huge difference to the feel of the house and are also so practical and easy. They feel so much more luxurious and stylish than the LVT we had before. We absolutely love them.”

We also installed underfloor heating on two zones in the kitchen and living space, which provides a pleasant heat through the house.

The large format 80x80cm porcelain tiles here are laid in a third bond pattern which we think elevates the house and provides interest and character to the floor, particular with this style of tile and property.
